Malls in Bangkok

Not gonna lie, one of my favorite things about Bangkok is the malls. Today we visited Siam Paragon, Siam Center, and Central World. There's a huge shopping mall culture in Bangkok, and I couldn't feel more at home. The elaborate decor, like the ubiquitous water features, fresh orchids, and huge hairy gorillas (see below) make your shopping experience super luxurious and fun. The attention to detail is out of this world and there's always something new to see - American malls could really learn something here. Despite our crazy jet-lag, we soldiered on and explored as much as we could until we just about fainted from exhaustion. Check out a few shots of various malls around the city below.
