Cool Buildings: Midtown Manhattan in Building Reflections

In New York City, so much of our energy is devoted to dodging people on the sidewalk, avoiding taxi cabs and barely getting to where you're going on-time that we almost never stop to look up and see what's above us.  In Midtown Manhattan, what's far above our heads is actually much more interesting than what's on the street.  Tall glass skyscrapers reproduce their surroundings in very beautiful ways acting like urban reflecting pools and make for really great photographs- just be sure you don't stray into the middle of Sixth Avenue.

This past weekend, we wandered around midtown and found some cool buildings and some beautiful reflections of the city in both color and black and white.  Take a look at our snaps below.
