Big Beauty Bargains at Cosmetic Market NYC

Cosmetic Market in midtown east is a beauty lovers dream. Basically, they sell amazing brand name makeup and skincare products for a tiny fraction of their retail price, plus other random odds and ends like chocolate, kitchenware, and paper goods.

I have no idea how I didn't know this existed, but yesterday a friend showed me the store and I was instantly obsessed. The major highlight for me was their wide array of Korres products (including their famous Lip Butters for $3.99 each), which were all severely marked down. I spent about $27 on Korres items, and when I added up the retail prices later I found that everything together was worth $95! The only downside to the store I would say is that they put these super sticky impossible to get off security tags on every product (see below) which leaves behind a sticky residue. Apparently the brands they carry change often, so you'll never know what you might find here. All in all, if you're a beauty junkie, this place is like crack.
