Supreme x Comme des Garcons SHIRT 2012 Capsule Collection

I'm only posting this because yesterday's CDG collaboration news was a flop, we'll resume our normal art and fashion related coverage on Monday.  Today's Comme news is way better!  In their current issue, Sense Magazine has revealed the Supreme x Comme des Garcons SHIRT capsule collection which was rumored at the end of January.  The collection which is much nicer than the Bape x PLAY nonsense, seems to include a t-shirt, hoodie, button up shirt, camp cap, and a pair of work pants.

Of course, the fact that there is a Supreme x Comme des Garcons box logo shirt and hoodie sweatshirt will no doubt draw crowds, but I'm not sure what the US market will think of the polka dot pattern- even though it is a CDG standard.  Additionally, the Supreme x CDG camp cap is exactly what we'd expect from Comme des Garcons SHIRT, but the baby blue, pink and yellow colors are not exactly as edgy as the normal Supreme wearer in New York might hope.  Regardless, I'd expect a quick sellout when the collection drops in the next week or so at DSM Ginza and Supreme.
