Reza NYC Debuts an Urban Take on Traditional African Prints

Brands come and go everyday.  It takes something special, new, and unique to succeed in the competitive world that is the New York fashion scene.  But new and unique clothing is exactly what Reza NYC is creating.  Annoyed by the conservative monotony of men's fashion over the past few seasons, Ali-Reza Force (how cool is that name?) was drawn to vibrant and stand-out African prints, which are the staple of his new line.

Truth is, Reza NYC's timing couldn't be more perfect.  Bright colors and prints are back with a vengeance for spring, and as a testament to the trend and the beautiful, colorful prints he selected, Ali got a more than positive reaction while test-driving his very first samples on the streets of the city.  It should also be mentioned that the brand lives up to it's name - all of the garments are constructed in the big apple.

Consisting mainly of half button ups, t-shirts, and shirt jackets, Reza NYC's fall collection demonstrates clean, fitted cuts, with attention to detail and high quality fabrics.  Take a look at some close-ups of the prints and designs from Ali's debut collection below, modeled by Ali himself and our very own Paul on a West Village rooftop.
