The Big Cheesy Grilled Cheese Contest @ Openhouse Gallery NYC

At solifestyle, we believe grilled cheese sandwiches are an art form, so naturally we can't wait for this weekend's The Big Cheesy at Openhouse Gallery. 

On Saturday and Sunday, the fittest in fromage, the best in brie, and the choicest in cheddar (thank you, thank you) will come together to see whose grilled cheese reigns supreme. Competitors include Lucy's Whey, Tartinery, and Little Muenster, to name a few, and a variety of beer vendors will also be on the scene. Participants will be allotted one vote each, and must choose wisely as the winner gets a half-page ad in 'Edible Manhattan' magazine and of course, major bragging rights. Tickets are sold out for Saturday, but some are still available for Sunday. For those of you not in NYC don't fret, because solifestyle will be there reveling in all of the cheesy goodness (post to follow). May the best grilled cheese win!
