Why Would You Buy That: Prada Wig Thingy with Chinstrap

This...interesting...hat (?) is currently featured prominently in the window of Prada on Broadway in downtown NYC. I have no idea how much this costs, but I know you'd have to pay me to wear it. Hopefully wig hat chinstrap thingys aren't a new trend. I'll stick with crochet and maxi dresses thank you very much.
