Nathan's International Hot Dog Eating Contest

Here we are approaching our Independence Day- how exciting! I'm sure you have some vacation from work and are planning to relax on the beach or by the grill this weekend, but really there's only one thing you should be doing on July 4th and that's hopping on the subway to Coney Island to watch the world famous Nathan's International Hot Dog Eating Contest.  Sponsored by Pepto Bismol (cue the laugh track), the event is the culmination of a tour of regional contests which have produced finalists to compete in this death match of hot dogs.  Keep your eye on Joey Chesnut and his arch rival Takeru Kobayashi.  If you're not in NYC you can tune into ESPN to watch.
