Sneak Peek: Air Jordan VII 'Year of the Rabbit'

Following up from the Air Jordan 2011 'Year of the Rabbit', Jordan has released this second pair to commemorate the year's zodiac animal. This pair came in the form of the Jordan VII Retro. As seen previously, this shoe also comes with the commemorative box and zodiac symbols.

Very similar to the 'Hare' VIIs, many collectors were turned off by this release due to the exclusiveness and similarity of this shoe. Many saw this as a marketing ploy by Jordan to create hype around this particular release. Well it seemed to have worked, as this shoe flew off the shelves. It was only released at House of Hoops and exclusive Jordan Brand Accounts. Nonetheless, it was a great shoe to follow the 2011 Jordans.

The addition of gold accents set this shoe off and differentiates it from the original Hare VII. The gold is decorates the heel, laces, and jumpman on the ankle collar.
