When you look up WTF in the dictionary, 96% of the time, this is the image you see everytime. We found this gem strolling down the street, not a care in the world, in SoHo this weekend. Thank you NYC for giving us weirdos like the one pictured above, and keep em' coming. They're so fun to stare at, just don't come too close to me.
