Forever21 Finds
I'm a girl on a budget, but I'm also a girl that loves clothes. This is where Forever21 comes in. Sometimes I go into this store and find absolutely nothing, but it's all worth it for those times when I go in and find that steal of a deal on something I love. Here's what I found today at the somewhat new seven floor 5th Avenue Forever21 in NYC.
