As someone who has dabbled in many an iphone photography app (eg. hipstamatic) that makes your photos look all ol' timey, here's a class that will help you create real photographs, from film, with these cool effects. The class takes place at
3rd Ward in Brooklyn, NY and you'll learn a myriad of print processes such as
Cyanotypes, Vandyke Browns and Gum Bicromates (uses water colors as pigments to achieve painterly imagery from photographic negatives). More about the class and 3rd Ward after the jump.
