I can't give too much away about this movie because of it's minimalistic nature, but it hits on the 3 main points I look for in every movie; characterization, story and/or plot twists, and clever use of both visual and audio effects.

The story's protagonist Paul Conroy (Ryan Reynolds) wakes up in a coffin buried alive, and the entire movie is spent finding out why.  That's it.  That's the story and besides the information you find out in the movie, it never changes.  While you're watching the movie just keep in mind that all the information you want will be divulged in time, so just be patient.

Watch this movie.  It's very rare I find a movie where I rate it 5 stars but this one is definitely one of them.  Proof positive - not since American History X have I found myself sitting up literally at the edge of my seat.
