An easy way to give back this Christmas
So, this year I was looking around for something charitable to do for Christmas, and I heard about JCPenney x Salvation Army's Angel program.
Basically, you enter in your area code here and a bunch of kids pop up with their 'need' and 'want' lists. After you choose a child, you can shop for them at JCPenney.com (you get free shipping) or you can drop off the gifts at your local Salvation Army. Donations are due by December 14th.
Paul and I both participated - I chose a 6 year old girl who needed a lot of clothes and shoes and wanted a doll and dress up clothes. It was really heart-wrenching to read through all of the children and pick just one. This is a great program, and I hope you end up choosing a child too!
