Leroy Jenkins Brings African and Floral Prints For a Strong S/S 2014 Collection
If there ever was a trend for the coming seasons, it's floral. While we explored Agenda and Capsule we basically had enough allover print to last us two lifetimes and yet, there were certain brands that seemed to have an edge on which patterns and colors they were choosing and use of those designs on their garments-
was one of them.
Leroy Jenkins seemed to come out of nowhere a coupled of years ago when people started going crazy for snap backs. With fans like Jay-Z and Mark McNairy, how could they not do well? Leroy Jenkins was already into the all over prints at that point, and they've kept it consistent season after season. As usual, the brand does not make any attempt to be subtle about their use of floral prints but they've also mixed in some African patterns and witty t-shirts to round out the mix. Bright Hawaiian print sweatshirts are contrasted by black t-shirts with small flower bouquets and bright orange button ups can be paired with more subtle graphic t-shirts for a colorful look that isn't overbearing.
