Effortless Shapes and Elaborate Details with Boessert/Schorn AW 13/14
I'm a sweater fanatic - I'll never have too many sweaters, and Paul kind of wants to kill me because of it. Sure they take up way too much space in a tiny NYC apartment, but I really can't help my addiction. Well my problem won't be getting any better anytime soon because this collection by Boessert/Schorn of Berlin is full of totally cozy, covetable sweaters. I actually want all of them.
The Boessert/Schorn line is defined by their special knits, and use of highly structured materials. Designer Sonia Boessert develops her patterns from rectangles, exploring the possibilities of draping to create pieces that are elaborate in their details and effortless in their simplicity. Boessert/Schorn's beautiful Autumn/Winter 2013/14 collection includes colorful shades, as well as amazing prints on a diversity of materials. All of their garments are produced by small European manufacturers out of materials made mainly in Europe. These clothes look so easy to wear, and still totally cool. Love it.
