Unique New York: Guy With A Cat On His Head

Cat on head guy is not foreign to me, I've seen him around a bunch but I finally managed to sneak up on him for a picture.  You see, the guy with a cat on his head is a walking tourist trap.  He makes money by hitting you up once you take a picture of him with the cat on his head.  That's precisely why I took a picture of the back of his head! See what I did there?  Anyway, it seems like the cat was on to me even if he wasn't.  So, when you see the guy with the cat on his head somewhere around New York City, be smart about your picture taking.  He isn't shy about giving you a hard time if you snap a pick and don't fork over the dinero.
